I signed up with Rich Casino and deposited money as well as played a bonus. I played through one bonus requirement and ended up winning about $1,500.

I contacted Rich Casino to verify that I was able to withdraw my winnings, and they did confirm on 3 different times I played through all bonus requirements and therefore was eligible to withdraw all my winnings. I played a bit more then ended up with $1100 in winnings. I then checked again and was told i could withdraw the full amount without restrictions. Well, I tried to withdraw and the nightmare began.

After waiting days, they reverse my withdrawal. I then ask why and they say i have to verify my account. I sent all the documents they requested and after a week they finally said the verification process was complete. I then requested my withdrawal of $1,100 again.

This time they reversed it again and when I contact them they tell me I need to complete a "voucher" and ask for the same ID I had already sent them. After several days they finally said everything was finalized and i could withdraw all my money. I then try to withdraw and again reversed and this time when I contact them they say I need to have made a deposit within 5 days of requesting a withdrawal. Well, they don't even answer emails for days at a time so there is no way this was even possible.

I then deposit another $25 (they say this is the minimum) and they then put into some automatic bonus saying you have to play through a huge amount to even show in your account. I told them i don't want the bonus and after much arguing the took off the bonus. I then request my $1,100 plus the $25 I was forced to deposit and again noting! This time they tell me all sorts of incorrect facts such as: -They said my ID was not submitted properly (even though they verified it was earlier) - They said that the voucher has to be filled out by hand.

It was actually signed by hand so saying it all has to be by hand is just ridiculous. - They said that I had to deposit more money because it was past 5 days BUT it was Rich Casino that purposely delayed things past 5 days. - They said they did not have my ecopayz account number even though you have to actually put in the ecopayz account number when requesting the withdrawal on their site so that is just another excuse. I also emailed this account number to them a few times.

There was even more excuses after this but after contacting them many times and filing 3rd party complaints they finally sent me $500 via ecopayz. They still owe me $525 and when i asked for the remainder of this at first they refused then they said i have to wait a week because they only pay out $500 per week to customers with my "vip level" My withdrawals have been delayed, by Rich Casino, for over a month now so to say I have to wait another week to request a withdrawal seems like another tactic to not pay or to request more money.

I have spent much time and energy to get less than half of what is owed to me. They continue to delay paying and keep making new excuses not to pay.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Rich Casino Pros: Nightmare.

they are doing the exact same thing to me exept now i have been randomly picked for a verification process ( considering i had to resend id 4 times before they would let me withdraw ). which can take ten days so it is over a month since in first tried to withdraw $800. I have tried to put in a formal complaint but no answer for three days .

I am waiting for a $4000 withdrawl. First they said i didn't enter the info.

right and cancelled it. then they said they sent it, wired it, now they say wires are not same day, which they are and my bank has verifeied that.

Still don't have it. Contacting the gaming comission

We looked into the matter and noticed that the reason why your request has been initially declined is because you did not provide us with the Wire information needed to be able to send the funds.

It usually takes maximum 5 business days for the funds to reach you since the payment was done through Bank Wire.

Should you not receive the winnings by the end of the week, please let us know and we will look into it.

Why does you're site not ask for all the inf.a person has to have to get their winnings or at least their money back but when a person deposits in you're casino all you need is a card # ?????

This time when i have gone to withdraw i get a email saying i have been picked for a verification processs, considering this was just done i dont understand why.

I also asked for my account to be closed and was told it could not be done untill withdrawal was completed but when i have gone in it has been disabled???

They also say after ten days to do withdrawal again but i can not with my account being disabled. Have been email and trying to put in formal complaint but have had no reply
